Fraudulent Job Offer Information

Confirm Before Sharing Your Information

It has come to our attention that there have been instances of fraudulent activity within our industry relating to false employment opportunities, including false offers being made to job seekers from individuals or organizations who pose as company representatives. These false offers may ask you to share personal information or transfer funds to advance the recruitment process. Replimune will never request any financial information, funds, or passport details as part of the recruitment process. We employ a formal process that includes an interview with a member of our HR team. This is required and the only way to secure an employment offer from Replimune.

Our only official website is replimune.com and our career page uses an integration via iCIMS, an independent software provider. Candidates will only receive emails from our official email domains which are @replimune.com and @talent.icims.com. We are aware of recent scams using emails that could be mistaken for Replimune addresses or other public domain addresses such as gmail.com, yahoo.com and aol.com. We also are aware that those seeking to scam potential employees use photographs and names of real people within our organization or create fake websites that may resemble our official company website.

We are actively monitoring the situation and working to reconcile it. If you believe you have been a potential victim of an employment scam, please contact the Internet Crimes Complaint Center (www.IC3.gov).
